My uncle picked up the 357cc Yard Machines Costco snow blower this past winter and roped me into helping him assemble it. We're stuck figuring out the chute crank and handlebar wiring. Anyone got a tip sheet before we start guessing?

The chute crank usually routes through the lower bracket first, then snakes up to the gear housing, the teeth should mesh clean before tightening anything down then with the handlebar wiring, there should be a matching color code setup for the lights and auger controls

I appreciate your specific steps for the chute assembly. Meshing the teeth before tightening is exactly what we needed. For the gear mesh, should it be a snug fit or should there be a little bit of backlash?
